The rules of the ride. Please read carefully — these terms apply to every tour, rental, event and visit to our website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Jankhai Offroad. They cover bookings, rentals, events, website use, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Please review them, and if anything is unclear, contact us before booking.
Acceptance of Terms
- By booking a tour, renting equipment, attending an event, or using the Jankhai Offroad website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Bookings & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after we send a confirmation email.
- Prices are in the currency listed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the tour or rental type.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Weather cancellation by us: full refund or free reschedule.
- Customer cancellation 7+ days before: full refund.
- Customer cancellation 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
- Customer cancellation under 3 days: no refund (rescheduling may be offered at our discretion).
- No-shows on the day of the activity are non-refundable.
Risk Acknowledgement
- Off-road riding, ATV/UTV operation, and outdoor activities involve inherent risks including injury or death.
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before any activity.
- Participants must be physically fit, follow safety briefings, and obey guide instructions at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we judge unfit for safe participation (including under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
Eligibility & Conduct
- Drivers must hold a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle.
- Minimum age requirements apply and will be communicated at booking.
- Reckless behaviour, leaving the designated route, or operating equipment under the influence will result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.
- Participants are responsible for following all Mongolian laws and regulations during the activity.
Equipment & Damage
- Renters are responsible for the equipment from pickup until return.
- Damage caused by misuse, off-route operation, or negligence will be charged to the renter at repair or replacement cost.
- Normal wear and tear is covered by us.
- Lost or stolen equipment must be reported immediately and will be charged at fair market replacement value.
Liability
- Jankhai Offroad provides services to the highest reasonable safety standard, but our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost flights, accommodation, schedule changes, etc.).
- Our liability is not excluded for cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, as required by applicable Mongolian law.
- Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — text, images, logos, route maps — is owned by Jankhai Offroad or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Photos taken during tours may be used by us for marketing unless you opt out at the start of the activity.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Disputes will be handled through good-faith discussion first; if unresolved, by the courts of Mongolia. Questions? Reach us anytime.
